Shipping, Returns, and Exchanges

All orders over $100 are shipped Free via either UPS or USPS and typically arrive between 4 and 10 business days after they leave our facility. Please note that packages are not insured, and we can’t be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Please double check your delivery address prior to checking out and always ship to a secure location.

Priority Mail – You can choose to upgrade your shipping to Priority Mail with package insurance for an additional charge. Packages should arrive within 3 business days via USPS however, delivery times are not guaranteed.

UPS – There are various expedited UPS shipping options you can choose for an additional charge. The rates are calculated based on the weight of the package and delivery times are not guaranteed. Please note that UPS does not ship to PO Boxes.

We process orders as quickly as we can and ship them from on of our U.S. fulfillment centers within 5 business days (unless otherwise stated in the item description). Once the item has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information.

At Al and Sid our goal is to provide products you love. If your item doesn’t live up to that expectation, we’re happy to accept returns or exchanges on any unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Sale items, clearance items, and pre-orders may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

To request a return or exchange, simply contact us at returns@alandsid.com and include the following information
• Your Name
• Order Number
• The item you’ll be sending back
• Whether you would like a refund, or an exchange
• What item you’d like to exchange for if applicable
